We will ask you a few questions and you will be on the road to integrating sublingual immunotherapy into your practice. We will send you a free implementation kit that contains a sample treatment set of medication vials and the forms, teaching tools, and promotional supplies you will need to get started.
Test your patient for inhalant and/or food allergies:
You may test your patient for allergies by using either a skin or in vitro technique. If you do not already have a service provider, we are able to recommend several laboratories that offer in vitro options and/or skin testing supplies.
Send us your patient's prescription:
Upon receiving your patient’s in vitro or skin test results, you will need to complete the prescription and payment forms that will be provided in the implementation kit. You may fax these forms to our pharmacy, Embrace Pharmacy, at 1-877-626-2702, or you may mail them to our address listed below.
We recommend the consensus protocol published by the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA) regarding sublingual dosing. This protocol is currently taught at the AAOA allergy courses and will likely be used for future SLIT trials. Other customized treatment plans may also be formulated based on unique patient needs. This treatment set will be sent shortly upon receipt of order.
